Web login means the tool works against the IRCTC website in a browser. App login means it works against the IRCTC mobile app flow. Web + app means it can do either.
These tools come from different developers. What genuinely differs between them is the login route they automate, the layout of their interface, the price, and how quickly the developer ships a new build after IRCTC changes something on its side. Anyone who tells you one of them is measurably faster than another is guessing, so we give you the facts we can check and let you choose.

Which one should you buy?
Answer one question first — where do you actually log in to IRCTC — and this list gets a lot shorter.

One thing we will not dress up: a licence is digital and is live the moment it is delivered, so there is no general refund window. If you are not certain the software will run on your machine, ask before you pay. We would rather answer questions for ten minutes than take money for something that will not work for you.
Before you buy
How Tatkal booking works in 2026
None of this changes because you bought software. It is worth knowing before you spend anything.
- Tatkal opens one day before the journey date: 10:00 am for AC classes and 11:00 am for sleeper and other non-AC classes.
- Since July 2025, IRCTC requires an Aadhaar-authenticated account for Tatkal and Premium Tatkal bookings. You can check whether yours is authenticated in the account section of your IRCTC profile.
- The booking OTP goes to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, and your IRCTC profile details need to match your Aadhaar record.
- Authorised agents cannot book in the first thirty minutes of either window — 10:00 to 10:30 and 11:00 to 11:30.
- Payment is still the slowest part for most people. Have a UPI app open and a second payment method ready before the window opens.
What the software on this page does: it keeps your passenger and journey details ready and fills the IRCTC form in far less time than you can type it. What it does not do: it does not create or authenticate an IRCTC account for you, the OTP still goes to your own Aadhaar-linked mobile, and it cannot make a berth exist that IRCTC does not have. Whether a ticket confirms depends on availability in that quota on that day.

Questions people ask before paying
Which of these should I buy?
Start with where you log in to IRCTC. If that is the website on a PC, any Web or Web + app plan works. If it is the Rail Connect app, you need an App or Web + app plan. Beyond that, the honest answer is that price is the main difference — a costlier plan does not improve your odds at the counter. Tell us your route and how often you book and we will name one.
What is the difference between web login and app login?
Web means the tool works against the IRCTC website in a browser. App means it works against the IRCTC mobile app flow. Web + app means it can do either. Buying a web-only tool when you actually book from the app is the most common mistake we see, so check the login column before you pay.
Do I need Aadhaar authentication to use this?
Yes, for Tatkal and Premium Tatkal. That is an IRCTC rule from July 2025, not ours: your IRCTC profile has to be Aadhaar-authenticated and the details have to match your Aadhaar record. You can check the status in the account section of your IRCTC profile. No software on this page can do that step for you.
Does the software bypass OTP or captcha?
No, and be careful with anyone who says theirs does. The OTP goes to your Aadhaar-linked mobile and IRCTC's own checks run on IRCTC's side. What the software saves you is typing: passenger details, journey details and payment details are ready before the window opens.
Can I run it on my laptop, or do I need a VPS?
A normal Windows laptop is enough for most people and we will not pretend otherwise. A VPS is worth it when your connection drops, your power is unreliable, or you book every day and want the machine already awake and logged in. If you book occasionally, save the money.
Which Windows versions does it run on?
Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11, 64-bit. Four GB of RAM is the practical minimum and eight is more comfortable if you also keep a browser and a payment app open. It does not run on macOS, Linux or Android.
Can I use it with more than one IRCTC ID?
Yes. You sign in with whichever IRCTC ID you want to book on. The licence limits how many machines run the software, not how many IRCTC accounts you use it with — agents routinely work several IDs from one licensed machine.
How long does the licence last, and how do I renew?
Thirty days from activation, billed monthly, with no auto-debit. Renew from your account before the expiry date and it continues on the same product with a fresh thirty days. If it lapses, you simply place a new order.
How soon do I get the licence after I pay?
As soon as the payment is verified, the key and the download link appear in your account and are sent to your WhatsApp. Most orders clear quickly. During the Tatkal rush a person checks payments by hand, so allow a little longer and keep the UTR you submitted.
What happens if I change my PC?
Ask for a reset from the orders section of your account. Once it is processed, the licence activates on the new machine. It is meant for moving to a different computer, not for running one licence on two machines at the same time.
Do you give refunds?
There is no general refund window: the licence is digital and is live the moment it reaches you. What we do instead is answer every question before you pay, including telling you when you do not need a plan at all. If something is genuinely wrong with the key we sent, message us with the order number and we will sort it out.
IRCTC changed something and the software stopped working. Now what?
This happens to every tool in this category. Developers release an updated build when IRCTC changes its site or app, and we pass that build to you on the same licence. Send us the product name and what you are seeing, and we will tell you whether a fix is already out or still being worked on.
Why is a plan showing as out of stock?
Some builds are released in limited batches by their developer. We mark those out of stock rather than take your money and leave you waiting. The product page stays up so you can still read it, and we can tell you on WhatsApp whether another batch is expected.
Do you help with installation?
Yes, from install to your first booking. Most setups are a download, a licence key and one settings screen. If you get stuck, message us during support hours and we will walk you through it.
