How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp is the fastest route during support hours. Messages sent from this form or by email are read the same day, though a reply can take longer around the 10 am and 11 am Tatkal windows, when the queue is at its worst.
I have paid. When does my license arrive?
As soon as the payment is verified, the key appears in your account and is sent to your WhatsApp number. Payments that need a manual check take longer, and we message you instead of leaving the order sitting silently.
Why do I have to log in to use this form?
It keeps spam out, and it tells us which order you are writing about, so the first reply is an actual answer rather than a request for your order number. If you would rather not log in, WhatsApp works without an account.
What should I include when something has stopped working?
Your order number, the software name, what you were doing when it failed, and a screenshot of the error. With those four things we can usually settle it in one message instead of five.
Do you help with installation?
Yes. Install, activation and the first booking are walked through step by step during support hours, and screen sharing is fine if that is quicker. If the software will not run on your machine, we would rather find that out with you than leave you guessing.
